Payment
For your convenience, internet – shop Moldcellshop.md offers the following modes of payment for the purchase:
1. Payment in cash to the courier
You
pay in cash to the courier for the products you selected. To confirm
the fact of purchase, you get the sales receipt (for legal entities
there is also tax or transport invoice).
2. Payment in cash in the office
You
can pay for the purchase and take it from one of our points of sales.
To confirm the fact of purchase, you will be given the sales receipt
(for legal entities there is also tax or transport invoice). Attention!
The retail price differs from the price in the internet - shop. You pay
for the selected product according to the price – list Moldcellshop.md
at the moment of processing your order. The list of our retail points of sales is here.
3. Buy in credit
This payment mode is available only for the individuals.
The
customer credit services are provided by the «Easy Credit» Ltd. The
basic conditions of the credit are given here. Please, contact our consultants to get the full information.
4. Wire transfer (non-cash payment for legal entities)
You
print and pay the invoice you received to your email. The payment is
confirmed only after the money is transferred to our bank account.
5. Transfer of money from the personal bank account (for individuals)
You
print the invoice you received to your email. This invoice will serve
as the basis for the bank to transfer money from your personal account
to our bank account. The payment is confirmed only when the money is
transferred to our bank account.
Delivery
For your convenience our internet – shop Moldcellshop.md offers the following modes of product delivery:
Delivery in Chisinau
Goods are delivered by our courier within 3 hours after confirmation of the order by phone.
1.
If you buy only Prepaid packages or scratch cards in excess of 500 lei -
delivery is free, less than 500 lei - delivery cost is 20 lei.
2. When buying accessories for over 100 lei - delivery is free, less than 100 lei - delivery cost is 20 lei.
3. When you connect (the contract) on any Moldcell Abonament tariff plan - delivery is free.
4. When you buy any phone - delivery is free.
5. If in your purchase is present a phone or a Moldcell contract in any combination - delivery is free.
6. You can also pick up the goods in one of our sales points.
Delivery in the regions
1. Delivery in the regions, where there are our points of sale, is free if the sum of the purchase exceeds 1000 lei. In this case the customer pays for the purchase and takes the product from the point of sale.
2.
Delivery in the regions, where there are our points of sale, is free if
the customer subscribed to one of Moldcell Abonament tariff plans. In
this case the customer pays for the purchase and takes the product from
the point of sale.
3. Delivery in the regions, where there are no our
points of sale, should be paid. The price of delivery depends on the
distance of the location and is a subject to individual agreement. The
delivery is possible only under the condition of 100% advance payment.
Delivery via DHL, EMS (Posta Moldovei)
DHL
– delivery is available only for the following locations: Chisinau,
Balti, Cahul, Comrat, Soroca, Ungheni, Rezina. The home delivery is
available only in Chisinau and Balti. In other locations a customer can
take the product from the local DHL office. The delivery is performed
within two days for remote locations. It is necessary to provide 100%
advance payment for the products.
EMS (Posta
Moldovei) – the delivery is available for any location of Moldova. The
customer can take the product from the post office in his/her location
after he/she gets the notification. It is necessary to provide the 100%
advance payment for the products.
If you order delivery in our shop, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Refusal to pay for the ordered and delivered products is possible only if:
• The staff of the shop did not fulfill the agreed conditions of delivery.
• Time delay (over 30 minutes without any good reason for the cities Chisinau and Balti).
• The courier delivered the product of another model or color.
• The delivered products turned to have a defect during testing.

Refusal to pay for the ordered and delivered products, when there is no
reason specified in the list of above-mentioned reasons, is impossible.
Warranty
Thank you for choosing our company and our internet – shop. We would
like to pay your attention to the fact that all products, you can see on
the website, have been certified in the Republic of Moldova, have
user’s manuals in Russian and Romanian and warranties from the
manufacturers.
1. Mobile phones:
• LG – 12 months
• HTC – 12 months
• Nokia – 12 months
• Motorola – 12 months

• Sony Ericsson – 12 months

2. Accessories:
• Original accessories – 6 months
• Non original – 14 days
3. Moldcell products:
• SIM-cards – 3 months
• 3G devices – 12 months
When
it is a warranty case (if it is necessary to repair the device), you
can directly contact the service – center given in the warranty coupon.
The seller has a right to refuse to implement the conditions of the warranty, if:
1.
The malfunction of the product resulted from the use of the product
with the purpose that was not specified in the user’s manual.
2. The malfunction of the product is caused by the foreign objects/liquids inside the product.
3.
The products were repaired (including reprogramming and unsanctioned
installation of additional software) by unauthorised people and the
safety rules of the manufacturer were not respected.
• Having
purchased the products, please, preserve the factory package, full set
of equipment, all accompanying documents, sales receipt, invoices and
other documents confirming the fact of the product purchase.
• SIM-cards, scratch-cards, USB-modems cannot be returned or replaced.
•
Mobile phones of appropriate quality cannot be returned or replaced
(The Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, art. 15, p. 16, appendix
to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova №1465,
edition of November 2nd, 2007).
• In spite of the fact that all
products pass a pre-sale preparation, there is a probability to find the
manufacturing defect after the product sale. The conditions for return
or replacement of the defective product are regulated by the Law on the
Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Moldova. The greater
part of our products refers to the category of technically sophisticated
products. BE ATTENTIVE! The right to replacement is NOT applied to
these products, if you did not like the product, the color of the
product and/or its technical characteristics. Find the details about the
product before you pay for it!
• According to the law, the buyer has
a right to address the seller within 14 days with a request to change
the product if the manufacturing defect was found. Regarding the
technically sophisticated products (e.g. mobile phones, 3.5G devices),
the manufacturing defect implies “an essential flaw of the product”,
i.e. defect of the device itself.
• All disputes are settled through
the negotiations. In accordance with the law, in case of disputable
situations the seller and the buyer both have a right for examination of
the device in the authorized service - center to identify the reasons
of the defect.
